Rewards are held 30 days, then approved. Payouts start once your balance reaches $25.
Cash or lab credit?
Your choice. Lab credit is worth 1.5x the cash amount.
Can I refer my own office?
No — own-office signups are reviewed and don't qualify.
Do I need to report this for taxes?
If you're paid more than $600 in a year, we'll ask for tax details.
